Registration
Those wishing to attend the congress are kindly requested to complete the online registration form and send their remittance to Austropa Interconvention. A receipt will be forwarded after having received the registration fee, as confirmation of registration.Accommodations for participants will be guaranteed until June 18, 2007. After this date registration is still possible, but availability of some accommodation facilities cannot be guaranteed.
Registration Fees
Full registration For students *) Accompanying persons (social program only) *) This category includes undergraduate and graduate students. A letter of endorsement of the supervisor is required.
Participant and student registration includes:
- admission to the scientific sessions and exhibitions
- conference kit (final program, Book of Abstracts, etc.)
- coffee/tea during the official breaks
- welcome mixer on July 4
- 1 reception at a Viennese "Heuriger" (a rural inn) on July 6
It is not expected that accompanying persons will attend scientific sessions. Their registration fee includes welcome mixer and the ”Heurigen” reception.
Payment
All payments for the congress must be made in Euro. Registration forms must be accompanied by appropriate remittance, otherwise registration will not be accepted.
Payments must be made in full and can be made (in the order of preference) by
- Credit Card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard, Diners, American Express)
- Bank transfer (free of charges for the recipient)
Credit Card payment must be accompanied by details of type of card, account number, expiry date, and registered name and address of the card holder.
Cancellation and Refunding
For cancellation before April 30, 2007 80% of the fee paid will be refunded. Cancellation after April 30, 2006 will result in forfeiture of the registration fee.Registration form
